Pale gold. Fresh and flinty lanolin and matchstick aromas with grapefruit, lemon curd and oyster shell notes. Vibrantly linear and sharp palate with plentiful grapefruit, lemon curd, nashi pear and tonic water flavours. Fine, al dente chalky textures and persistent indelible striking acidity. Finishes bittersweet and minerally.

Exquisitely detailed with perfectly pitched, ripe aromas. Everything is in harmony on the palate with a golden thread of pure acidity. Very much Grand Cru quality. (NB)

Pale gold. Expressive grilled nut, grapefruit and flinty lemon curd aromas. Pure-concentrated grapefruit and stone fruit flavours, fine bitter hard chalky textures, grilled nut toasty oak complexity and bright, long, fresh acidity. Finishes chalky dry and crunchy with attractive grapefruit and nectarine notes. Harmonious and delicious.

Pale gold. Lemon curd, white apricot and stone fruit aromas with tonic water notes. A fresh, supple and elegant wine with grapefruit, lemon curd, apple and flint-like flavours. Fine, loose-knit chalky textures and long indelible acidity. Finishes crunchy and tight. Quite lean with a core of pure fruits and energy.

A filigreed line of acidity with ripe stone fruit white apricot fruit draped all over it. A distinctive wine of very high quality. (JH)

Pale gold. Fresh lemon curd, grapefruit, apple and pear skin aromas with flinty tonic water notes. Expansive pear, apple and white apricot flavours with fine, loose-knit lacy/al dente textures. A creamy centre and persistent cutting acidity. Fresh and restrained with supple, sweet stone fruit notes and a crisp linear structure.
Derwent Valley, Tasmania and Adelaide Hills South Australia. 64 percent new and 36 percent one-year-old French oak barriques.
Ample, cushioned and round with quite sharp acidity. The fruit is slightly musky, but the nuanced energy and bitter sweetness gives an attractive tension. (NB)
