How do I create an account?

You have the option of creating an account when you place an order by checking the box next to "Optional Login" at the checkout page. Club Members automatically get an account when they join. Please use the same email address with which you originally registered as your account login. If you do not remember your account password, go to the My Account page, enter your account login (email address) in the field next to "Forgot your password?" and click submit. A new password will be emailed to the email address associated with your account.

How do I see billing information?

You may save and update your billing information online in the My Account section of the website. You may also call 1-800-255-9966 or email [email protected].

How do I see my purchase history?

Orders that you place online will be saved in your account. To review them, login to My Account and click Past Orders / Order Status. Click on any order number to review specific order and tracking information.

How do I check on the status of my order?

Once your order ships, we will email you tracking information which will allow you to connect to the shipping website. If your tracking number is not found, please give the system 48 hours to register the information from the shipping company and make it available to view online.

How do I update my account information?

If your account information changes, such as shipping or billing address, credit card information, login information, you can make changes in the My Account section of the site. You may also call 1-800-255-9966 or email [email protected].

Opting out of marketing communications and updating and deleting information about you

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. If you prefer not to receive direct marketing from us or from our Select Partners, or if you would like to opt out of our rental or exchange of your information with other marketers, please let us know by calling 1-800-255-9966 or emailing [email protected]. Please be sure to include your full name, email address, mailing address, and specifically what information you do not want to receive. If you would like to update or correct your email address, mailing address or other contact information with us please contact us the same way. If you like, you may use either of the following statements in your message to us:

"I prefer not to receive email advertisements, such as updates regarding products and services, special promotions or upcoming events."

"I prefer not to receive direct mail advertisements, such as periodic catalogs and mailings regarding products and services, special promotions or upcoming events."

You may also click the designated link at the bottom of all email advertisements to be removed from future email updates immediately. If you have multiple addresses you will need to Opt-Out for each address in order to be removed from our data base.

Please note that any offline requests to remove or update your contact information may take up to ten days for your email request and 6-8 weeks to process your postal mail request.

You must be over 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine. All deliveries require an adult signature.

Add Penfolds Vineyards products from our Wine Shop to your cart. As you check out, set up your online account using our secure shipping and billing information files. Confirm your order and print the receipt. You will receive a confirmation email sent to the account you have on file.

What forms of payment does Penfolds Vineyards accept?

Penfolds Vineyards accepts Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express® and Discover®. Personal checks are not accepted.

How do I know my order is going to be processed?

Once you place your order online or by phone, Penfolds Vineyards will send an email order confirmation to the email address associated with your account. Emails are sent to acknowledge new orders and shipments. Email confirmations are still sent to customers not wanting to receive other email or special offers from Penfolds Vineyards.

What are Penfolds Vineyards' shipping policies?

Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Expect orders placed after business hours to take two days for processing. FedEx Overnight orders placed during business hours on Friday will arrive the following Monday. Based on state availability, shipments will be handled by UPS or FedEx. Most orders are shipped via 2-Day service.

Wine shipments require a signature, at the time of delivery, from someone 21 years or older. No wine will be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person, and any person unable to produce age verification forfeits their right to receive the shipment until identification is produced. In such circumstances, the order may be held in storage at a local depot until appropriate identification is produced, or it may be shipped back to Penfolds Vineyards.

All costs associated with the return to Penfolds Vineyards due to unsuccessful delivery attempts will be charged to the customer. In the unlikely event of damages in transit, customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the respective third party transit carrier (UPS or FedEX.)

Shipping charges include costs for third party transit and all product-handling costs. Orders are shipped following credit card authorization.

In cases where orders include wine and merchandise, the wine will be shipped separately and shipping fees will be combined into one total amount.

Upon receipt of your returned shipment, we will process a refund for the amount of purchase, less third party transit carrier imposed fees. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used at time of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.

Vintage substitution

Due to vintage changes in inventory, if an item in your order is no longer available, we will substitute it with next available vintage.

Shipping schedule and charges

During the winter months, orders placed by 3:00 pm PST Monday through Thursday are processed and shipped by the following day. Orders placed by 3:00 pm PST on Friday are shipped on the following Monday. Orders placed any time on Saturday or Sunday are shipped on the following Tuesday.

During the summer months, orders are processed and shipped per the schedule below in order to prevent your wine from sitting in a storage area over the weekend. Due to seasonal fluctuations, we will typically switch to the summer schedule when higher temperatures begin to occur.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. Shipping will be calculated on the Order Verification Page, before you check out. At this time we do not ship online store products outside the United States.

Returning or exchanging an item

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it. To return or exchange an item, please complete the following steps:

Circle the item(s) you are returning on the order form included with your purchase.

Please write the reason for the return at the bottom of the order receipt.

If you are exchanging an item, please indicate the item you would like us to send at the bottom of the form. Please be sure to indicate the address where you would like us to send the exchanged item if different from the original address.

Pack and seal your return item along with the order receipt.

Note: The credit card used for the original purchase will be credited in the amount of the product sale. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bill. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable unless we have sent the wrong item.

Title to, and ownership of, all wine passes from our company to the purchaser at the warehouse and state it is purchased in and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping it from the warehouse to his/her home state. By utilizing this service from our company, the purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation and delivery of wine. California transparency in supply chains act information

On January 1, 2012, a new law came into effect in California called the Transparency in Supply Chain Act (SB 657). The law requires many large retail and manufacturers to disclose publicly their efforts, if they are taking any, to eradicate human trafficking and slavery from their supply chains. The law aims to increase the information available to consumers so that they can make more informed purchasing choices.

Treasury Wine Estates (TWE) supports the goal of eradicating human trafficking and slavery in all forms, including forced and child labor. TWE is a signatory to the United Nation’s Global Compact and is committed to conducting business in accordance with the highest ethical standards. TWE expects all of its suppliers to comply with their Ethical Procurement Code (EPC), which includes:

Supplier Communication and Policies: Suppliers are required to sign our EPC, which requires compliance with labor laws, including this one. The EPC sets standards that address forced labor, child labor, health and safety, employee benefits, working conditions, working hours, discrimination, freedom of association and environmental impacts. In the supplier selection process, TWE evaluates potential new supplier to ensure they understand these standards and can demonstrate a commitment to comply with our EPC.

Audits: All suppliers must allow an authorized representative of TWE to audit their compliance with our EPC.

Corrective Action: TWE monitors supplier performance against the standards set out above by incorporating the EPC in its contractual agreements with suppliers. If an audit of a supplier reveals that they do not comply with the EPC and refuse to implement corrective actions TWE may elect to stop working with the supplier and engage with an alternative supplier who can illustrate compliance with our EPC.

Employee Education: All new employees are briefed on our EPC and on how to identify potential areas of concern in our supply chain.
