Bin 180 was made with fruit from esteemed Penfolds vineyards that emerged as standouts from the 2021 vintage.

An ultimate expression combining the structure of Cabernet and the richness of Shiraz - balance, power and beauty.

Penfolds wines have a time-proven link to many of Coonawarra’s history vineyards and in this instance - Shiraz fruits from the Block 5 and Cabernet Sauvignon from Block 10. Consistent contributors in the past for not only Grange, but also Bin 707 Cabernet Sauvignon and Bin 169 Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon.

A STANDOUT VINTAGE.

The 2021 Coonawarra vintage is one of the most outstanding Coonawarra vintages on record.

The summer and autumn weather provided ideal growing conditions, allowing both shiraz and cabernet sauvignon grapes to ripen to it’s optimum state.
