Every bottle of Penfolds is special, so we take several measures to ensure your prized wines are cared for before and after your purchase.
When you choose standard shipping, a signature is requested to guarantee it is received by the right hands. Customers are also offered the option to delay shipping if they don’t think they will be home to receive their order. Most of our wine gift orders are shipped by next business day, however we never ship during periods of extreme heat. Some Penfolds wines, such as Grange, are packaged in special thermal insulated shippers for an added layer of protection. Penfolds members also enjoy free standard shipping across all orders.
Penfolds care doesn’t end when your wine delivery reaches you. Our Re-corking Clinics are the ultimate after care service, designed to assess and certify your prized Penfolds wines aged fifteen years or older. Since our first clinic in 1991, Penfolds winemakers have assessed over 200,000 bottles across four continents.
