A Grange collection showcasing wines spanning 1951 – 2008 is offered, together with an extensive Special Bin selection including the lauded 1962 Bin 60A Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz, nominated as wine number 7 on the ‘100 wines to try before you die list’ (Decanter Magazine). Rare format bottles ensure the exclusive Penfolds wine offer is exceptional.
Located at the spiritual home of Penfolds (est. 1844) and offering spectacular views of the Gulf St Vincent, Penfolds Magill Estate Restaurant offers a food experience comprising a menu choice of five and eight course options that can be enjoyed with matched wine or without. The food philosophy focuses on ingredients sourced locally and from the same soil, land and loam Penfolds winemakers seek their grapes. Dishes showcase fresh and natural ingredients with complex preparation but never complicated on the plate or palette. Wine is naturally a central component of the experience.
