To celebrate the 2013 Bin Series release, Penfolds has collaborated with internationally acclaimed artist and photographer, Giles Revell, to create and capture 11 bespoke glass tendrils, reflecting each Bin wine, for a series of images that are in themselves a true expression of mastery.
Influenced by fine art and conceptualism, British artist Revell’s work has been exhibited throughout the world. 
For this collaboration, Revell was inspired by the unique composition of tendrils from the Penfolds vineyards in South Australia.
The threadlike stems which are used by vines for support during the growing season offer beautiful silhouettes and together with a leading UK glass
blower, Revell created glass replicas of the tendrils reflecting the unique signatures of each Bin wine.
The Penfolds Bin Series is a series of 11 wines which are the perfect exponents of the Penfolds ‘House Style’ of multi-regionalblends and highly stylised regional wines. Released annually, this year’s series includes four wines from the 2010 vintage - lauded by many to be one of the finest vintages in Penfolds history.
