Penfolds Chief Winemaker Peter Gago and his team will visit Singapore on May 9, 2013 to host the highly anticipated Re‐corking Clinic for Penfolds wines aged 15 years or older.
For more than 20 years, the Penfolds Re‐corking Clinics ‐ a complimentary after‐sales service ‐ have provided wine collectors with the opportunity to visually inspect their wine, open, assess quality, top up, certify and re‐capsule bottles.
More than a wine health‐check, a Clinic appointment also provides the opportunity for owners of Penfolds red wines to meet Penfolds winemakers, discuss drinking windows and cellaring tips, and learn about the ageing journey of their wines.
Experts from leading wine auction house, Acker Merrall & Condit, will be on hand to provide guidance to consumers about cellaring wines as an investment for the secondary market.
